Hi, I’m Hannah Mott. Building on my healthcare recruiting experience and my passion for helping others, I decided to start RN Recruiting.

Having worked in a male-dominated healthcare field for several years, I observed the untapped potential of diversifying the healthcare recruiting landscape. Inspired by my own experiences, I sought to create an agency that fostered a supportive and inclusive environment, celebrating the strengths and perspectives of women in healthcare.

My vision is to build a recruiting agency that not only matches exceptional talent with the right opportunities but also champions the growth and success of professionals in the field. I recognize that empowering excellence involves providing a platform where talented individuals can thrive, regardless of gender or background.

I have a Masters Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and am a proud Texas Aggie. In my free time I enjoy traveling (a couple recent trips include Costa Rica and Morocco!), and spending time with family and my dog, Brady.
